In August 7 & 8, in Da Nang City. Vietnam Health Association has organized an annual workshop:
“IMPROVING THE CAPACITY FOR MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS, UPDATING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY”. Nearly 200 delegates, including representatives of a number of Health Departments, leaders of central hospitals and provincial general hospitals, experts on TBYT techniques, heads of medical equipment and supplies departments in hospitals Central and provincial general hospitals attended the Workshop.
Gs.Ts. Nguyen Viet Tien, Deputy Minister of Health, attended and directed the Workshop. Also attending the Conference, there were leaders of the Department of Medical Services and Administration, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Health Insurance of Health.
GS. Academician Dang Vu Minh, Chairman of Vietnam Association of Science and Technology Associations, Ths.Bs. Ngo thi kim Yen, Director of Da Nang City Department of Health, Mr. Huynh Phuoc PCT LHH Da Nang City attended the Workshop.
8 The report introducing scientific and technological advances applied in the equipment / health system has been presented by the experts of the products of Vietnamese distributors.
14 reports relating to traffic management, quality management, training and maintenance of medical equipment at the facilities were presented and discussed at the workshop.
8 medical equipment trading companies participated in product display during the workshop, including: Philips VN, Siemens VN, Johnson & Johnson VN, Medtronic-Convidien, VietMedica, Roche, Minh Tam.
